| - The P5QC has a total of six slots. Four slots for DDR2 and two slots for DDR3.
- Only one type of memory may be used, mixing DDR2 and DDR3 memory types is not allowed.
- Per ASUS, when installing DDR2-1066 DIMMs, they must be installed in the BLACK DIMM sockets ONLY (one DIMM per channel).
- A 64-bit Operating System is required to utilize more than 4GB of memory. Dual channel supported but requires modules installed in matching pairs.
